Name
McCracken, Rebecca Margaret (Cathey)
(3 May 1886 - 24 Sep 1973)

Tracts with ownership interest when acquired for Park
Original owner of Tract 133 on Deep Creek, known as the McCracken Place. The branch which comes down from the west side of Deep Creek on that tract is the true McCracken Branch; remnants of the home are still there. Rebecca and Forest McCracken moved to Galbraith Creek from that location to be sure that their children, Faye and Britt, would have ready access to schools.
